The group I administrate, the International Transit Enthusiast Association is partnering with the OpenBVE Connection development team for the first time to create the entire PATH system and PA-1 through PA-5 rolling stock. Here's the preview... more updates coming soon =)

The Danbury Branch Beta shuttle from South Norwalk to Danbury has been released to a Facebook group as a beta. The route can be seen here:

is he a way That you can edit a train lie adding a special announcement like

I'm not a hundred percent sure you can do that, but I'm more into route development. You can make the secondary horn sound one of those announcements by replacing the file that is already there. Look at the klaxon1 information here:
