Giving you some updates to the N/B (R) via Montague Tunnel (the original non-fastrack route)

(Note: I am only doing the R via Montague Tunnel. Check ARome's updates for the fastrack version via bridge)

Stations: COMPLETELY redone to 5th Gen

BCPTF is right. You need the correct program dependencies for OpenBVE to operate correctly. Install (or re-install) the following dependencies on this site EXCEPT for .NET, which is already included in Windows 8.

I'm running Windows 7 but to my understanding, you need to run OpenBVE as administrator on Windows 8 computers.

Site News / EVENT MANAGER - Meeting tonight at 7:30 - 8:00 PM EST
« on: July 11, 2013, 01:11:52 PM »
For those of you that were not on teamspeak last night, I am coordinating a new rank, Event Manager. EMs will be organizing events and keeping the community together on teamspeak. They are NOT considered staff, but just a front row voice to the Admin Staff. You must be elected and voted in to become an EM.

Those of you interested in running, you must be present on the teamspeak tonight for the meeting. I will go over some concepts, rules, and how you can run your campaign.

Extensive preview of the Queens-bound (R). I'll set an official release date when I head further towards the completion of this route.

Welcome to Whitehall Street

23rd Street. Note: I am currently working on this station. It is NOT this empty...

Here are some HD floor textures of 95th Street:

More screenshots coming! I'll keep covering this thread with screenshots as I go.

Looking good Rome ! I'll get to work on the S/B (R) to Whitehall and 95th via bridge once this (N) scenario is complete. Overall looking real nice and realistic !

While in Manhattan, I took exactly 449 photos of the (R) and (N), including the smallest details such as how clean the yellow platform edges look at each station. Another example is the "wear and tear" of each of the stations. This will all be included in the final release of the (R).

Yes - I am saying the (R) I am developing will feature a custom object pack that contains some of the textures I took myself.

Screenshots / video coming soon !
